Polygraph examinations are used to verify if people are being deceptive or truthful.
Polygraphs are used in civil and criminal matters, by both federal and local law enforcement.
They are also used in pre-employment screening, commercial theft investigations and to monitor convicted sex offenders being supervised on probation or parole, while under treatment.
Private individuals also trust in polygraph examinations to help resolve personal matters.
These are just some areas in which the use of the polygraph has been proven valuable.
* Pre-Employment
NOTE: For suspected employee thefts, see the requirements of the Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA) of 1988.

Fees for Services
Payment: The fee for your examination will be disclosed before an appointment will be scheduled. We do require a 50%, non-refundable deposit, to schedule an appointment (depending the type on exam requested). Once payment is made, the appointment will be scheduled. The balance of the fee is due prior to the examination taking place. This process is standard in the profession. It is to ensure that you are receiving a scientifically validated examination; you are not paying for the results.
Cancellations: Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to the examination. If the examination is not rescheduled, the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be billed a nominal fee to reschedule. If the examination is not rescheduled or the examinee does not show up for the examination you forfeit the full deposit.
If you have paid for your examination in full, and cancel prior to the 48 hours before your appointment and no new appointment is scheduled, the remaining 50% will be refunded. As stated, if the appointment is cancelled after the 48-hour time the entire payment is forfeited.
For treatment providers, law firms, certain businesses and government agencies, billing options can be established in lieu of the pre-payment requirement.
